Since the dawn of fishing in the Mediterranean, Sardinia has constituted one of the best spots to catch all the most coveted prey for sport fishermen. It is possible to fish year-round by adapting techniques to the period; from live trolling for snapper and amberjack to vertical techniques to bait The big Sardinian Pagri via swordfish fishing (profitable from spring to fall).
I offer my experience in these waters to those who want to escape from daily commitments in a unique setting, that of porto rotondo, 20 minutes from Olbia airport, well connected to major Italian cities all year round.
I remain available to arrange for guests the overnight stay that best suits their needs, and to discuss techniques the schedule of the fishing days.
Services included
- Lunch and drinks will be included in the rate.
- Fish that will be boarded respecting current catch regulations will remain with the guests if desired, or released.

Cape Cod remains my second home, and I am always available to make all-around arrangements for a fishing experience should anyone be interested.
I point out that the U.S. giant tuna and striped bass season begins in June, and I recommend September as the latest date to enjoy not only a unique fishing experience but also pleasant weather.
